I 'm not sure if I understand the aim of the project correctly .In general we want to present people, places and historical facts that were the key stones in shaping democracy. Am I right or you are thinking of something completely different?
Hello everyone! I think that each of us can work with students on the people and facts that gave rise to democracy in their country. For example, Portugal was several years under the regime of dictatorship and it was only after 1974 that democracy was established. It would also be important for students to compare the various possible political regimes with democracy and to work on this aspect in different ways: theater, written texts, poetry, etc. At a later stage, I think we could share the work done in each country so that all our students know the reality of the countries that are working on this topic. In a final phase, I suggest that we study, all in common, whether the current values of Europe are really democratic. These are my suggestions. I wish you all a good week continuation, Isabel,
